Credit: David Alan Thrift for the graphic. What is it that you know you should do? Doing what you know you should do is almost never easy but it’s often worth it. We live in a world enamored with getting instant gratification.
I was recently in Bergen, Norway and felt deeply convicted when I saw this mural. It’s easy to shoot down someone’s idea. We’ve all done it. People love telling you that you can’t do something because they themselves couldn’t do it. Don’t be the guy in the photo.
The only way to fail is to never start, try, or take a shot. It's also been said: "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." Make today the day you break the loop. What do you want to start this week? How can you break the loop?
Happy New Year! ✨Let's start off the new year with new ideas. It's very easy to listen to our own voice. I've found that looking outside of myself allows me to learn. By surrounding myself with people smarter than myself, I learn even faster.
